Blue cells in the dermis are cells with a high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio. The common tumours to consider are Spiradenoma, Trichoblastoma, BCC, Merkel cell and Metastasis. B cell lymphomas should also be considered
Basal cell carcinoma
Trichoblastoma
Trichoepithelioma
Microcystic adnexal carcinoma
Metastatic breast carcinoma
Spiradenoma
Merkel cell carcinoma
Glomus tumour
B Cell Lymphoma
